If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to the recipient's absence, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

For orders within the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the purchase price. For the USA and Canada, orders are generally below the "de minimis" threshold; however, any unexpected local customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
