7. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Taxes: UK residents include VAT. For the USA/Canada, customers are responsible for any local import duties or sales taxes.
• Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Google Pay.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Acceptance: Our receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors or suspicion of fraud.
• Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled.

9. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We ship to the United Kingdom, the USA, and Canada.

• Flat Rate: $12.00 USD per order.
• Timeline: Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday); delivery takes 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (DHL/UPS/USPS).

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns: You have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) to the original payment method.

Note: It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: Only available for damaged or incorrect items.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

11. Warranty Terms

We are proud of the quality of our footwear. At FWSports Shoes, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty (365 days) against manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural failures like sole separation, defective stitching, or hardware breakage. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
