7. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in USD
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
- UK customers: prices may be subject to VAT where applicable
- US & Canada customers: you are responsible for any applicable local import duties or sales taxes
- In the event of a pricing error we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel
8. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We never store or have access to your full card details. Payment is taken at the point of order placement.
9. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your item and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is a suspected pricing error, suspected fraud, or where items are unavailable.
10. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, for any reason, without giving an explanation. To exercise this right contact us at info@fwsportsshoes.com before or within 14 days of receipt. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. We will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
11. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.
- Flat rate shipping: $12.00 USD per order
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Carriers: DHL, UPS, USPS
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Your statutory rights regarding non-delivery remain unaffected.
12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt, which exceeds the statutory 14-day minimum. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- No restocking fees apply
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
- Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy
13. Warranty
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty (365 days from date of delivery) against manufacturing defects including sole separation, defective stitching, and hardware breakage. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim contact info@fwsportsshoes.com. Full details are in our Warranty Policy. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase
- A repair or replacement after 30 days
- A price reduction or final right to reject after one failed repair or replacement
