To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all footwear purchased directly from https://www.fwsportsshoes.com.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this one-year period, Wellnessmasco Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

What is covered:

Structural failures (e.g., sole separation or delamination).
Defective stitching or eyelets.
Broken lace loops or hardware defects.
Significant material premature degradation not caused by wear and tear.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for footwear purchased from FWSports Shoes is 365 days (1 year) from the date of original delivery. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual smoothing of the outsole, scuffs, or natural breakdown of materials over time.
Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper cleaning, exposure to extreme heat, or use in environments for which the shoe was not designed.
Unauthorised Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by a third party.
Accidental Damage: Punctures, cuts, or abrasions caused by external objects.
Incorrect Sizing: Issues related to fit or comfort once the shoes have been worn outside.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the damaged area of the shoe.
Assessment: Our quality control team will review your claim within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Resolution: If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item. We will ship a replacement pair to you within 3–5 business days of receiving your return at no additional cost. If a refund is preferred and approved, it will be processed within our standard 7 business days (Monday–Friday) (plus bank processing time).

5. Replacement Policy

If the exact model/colour of your original shoe is no longer in stock, we will offer you a replacement of equal value from our current collection or provide a store credit for the full purchase amount.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Approved Claims: For all verified manufacturing defects within the 1-year period, FWSports Shoes will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.
Unverified Claims: If the item is found to be damaged due to misuse rather than a defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellnessmasco Ltd is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
